Well,

I was going to leave it til Friday but

HAPPY NEW YEAR

to all members and visitors to the site.

I am getting in a little early because I will be a bit preoccupied with the coming Illawarra Folk Festival as I am not only performing but also hosting a summer school.
The session will be two hours on 1) the beginners guide to Bush Poetry and 2) write your own Bush Poem.
It has been advertised in all the media and my only hope is that we have someone turn up for it. Cost is $15.00.
I have prepared handouts for 6. I think that if it was a workshop, within and included in the usual session ticket of the festival it would get a few people in but as it is before the festival actually starts and at an extra cost it will be hard to pull a crowd. Cross your fingers for me. I will be happy to continue if I get one person turn up.
