G'day All,
            lets see some action!!!!
 Right...Some variety.
Option one..."There is nothing on the Tele".

Option two..."I think I need a change".

Option three..."Would I lie to you?".

Option four. "The Saturday 'arvo' Matinee". (general exhibition of course)...

Something for everybody? I hope so.
                                                Cheers,
                                                         Bernie

G'day Bernard,

I have  not been able to get into this site for a few days. I tried but no luck. I thought the pin had been finally pulled. I'm glad to see it is still on the air. I might have a go at the challenge this week, if I get  minute. I have been away a lot in the past month and also not very well. And then there is the fact that some of my leisure time is now dedicated to my Ukulele playing. What with lessons and practice and performing it takes up quite a lot of the time I used to spend on line.

You should have seen my calendar for   November! There were three weekends away, two at Festivals and then the performance competition at Crookwell. Crookwell was great. The Wool Wagon awards competition I got to meet several of the people I talk to on the ABPA site. I didn't do any good in the comp, as expected. The line up was made up of several previous and present Champion performers including Terry Regan, Peter Mace, Frank Daniel, Gary Lowe and John Peel. We also have five family birthdays in November. I didn't even rate a mention in the written competition.. Oh well you can't win em all, so they say.

Anyway, it looks like we might be headed your way next May. I am planning to get to the Wintermoon festival again.
We got up as far as Rockhampton this year and Wayne actually drove (which is an achievement in itself). You have so much more freedom as to timetable and destinations when you have your own car. We have a small toyota bus with the seats taken out. We sleep in it so we are very mobile. We spent two weeks on the beach at Kepple Sands where Wayne palled up with a local who had some crab pots. We lived on muddies for the whole time. Anyway. I'll have a go at this weeks topic.. what was it again.

G'day Old Sparring Partner,
Crikey, I can see the palms, the grass skirt
and hear the uke...I hope you're on the mend from being off colour.
If you get the time and feel up to it, tackle the Xmas challenge.
Good to have you back Mate,
                                                                       Bernie...
