... there's a bucketload of blokes and blokettes down here at Tamworth, and it's great to catch up, and put faces to keystrokes as well ...
Kimbobo, Peely-weelly, Gregarious Greg, Cinch-strap Carol - to name a few (I've yet to have a beer with Duncan) ...

So cheers to All who aren't here ...

Manfred.

... and you still found time to check in with us.....aaaaahhhh

I'm honoured.  Looking forward to Easter. You promised to be at the National in Canberra. SEE YOU then.

I had heard that Peely was going up there. I'll have to be content with Illawarra. Report tomorrow, with names. I know for sure Vic Jefferies will be there. He is MCing Poets brekkie at least once.

Manfred,
Did you post this just to make us envious?? Because it worked!!!!

Enjoy the time there - obviously we will be there in spirit with you.

Irene

PS. Good to see a posting in this section that actually pertains to the site - seems to have been one spam posting after another in this section lately.

Glad to hear from you Manfred.  Thought you disappeared off the planet.

As for Tamworth, well you're welcome to it.  Too many bodies pressed together in the same area for my liking I'm afraid.

"Too many bodies pressed together".....................sound more like a hippie festival than a country music festival!

Hi Kym,

I know the feeling. Even though our little 'Illawarra' is nothing like the size of Tamworth, I am always on cloud 9 after a weekend of poetry and great  live music. I'll put in a full report. Glad to hear you are chipper. (I still don't believe Tamworth can be better than the National Folk Festival in Canberra at Easter)
