I'm typing this at 8.20pm, and just up on the right hand side says it is 10.20pm, which is more difference than just allowing for daylight saving (and I can never remember which way that goes anyway), so it must be some other problem, and how do I fix it please someone ... anyone ...?

Hi Kym,

I'm back from National Folk Festival.
About the clock....your ahead of me by a long way (I have never even noticed there was a clock) Mine shows the same as yours so I guess it is a headquarters clock not a local one. Happy Easter.

G'day All

If you go into the profiles section, on the left hand side there should be a menu with a button that says "look and layout settings", press this button. In the next page that opens up, there should be something there that says time settings or something similar. Next to this there should be a link that says auto-detect. Click on this and the correct time offset should come up.

Regards

Now John,

You show off, you. Just how much time do you spend on the site (at work) each day??

We are lucky to have you to give us help. Not only with poetry but also computers. Did you have a good time at the National? Laurie McDonald won the Champion reciter. Great to see someone new win it. A truly worthy winner I thought. My money was on Peter Mace, but I was even happier to see Laurie get it.

Hey John,

I'm with Kym now, You genius you..... While I was there I selected "show last post first" and turned the world upside down. This will stop me from getting RSI. Thanks a million.. Smiley Cheesy Grin

PS...we had an earthquake yesterday. Shook the whole house for about 3 seconds. Wayne and I looked at each other and said in unison.. "did the earth move for you".. guess we have been married too long. (if there can be a too long)

G'day Zondrae,

Normally I only spend enough time on site to have a quick read through the posts when I am on a bit of a break. I don't have much time to post though. I did enjoy the national in Canberra, hopefully they are able to have two poets breakfasts next year, to give more people a chance to recite. Thank you once again for giving me the opportunity to have a go on the Saturday.

Anyway, as a reply to Kym as well, I am happy to be of assistance when I can be.

Regards
